WINKPRINTERSOLUTIONS.COM takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any loss or damages to the customer arising from shipping information and/or payment information entered by the customer or wrong remittance by the customer in connection with the payment for the items purchased. We reserve the right to check whether the customer is duly authorized to use a certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.
You may not claim against WINKPRINTERSOLUTIONS.COM for any failure, disruption, or error in connection with your chosen payment method. Wink Printer Solutions reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any payment method without notice to you or giving any reason.
In the case where an order cannot be processed for any reason, Wink Printer Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any given time. Delivery and shipment of orders within the Philippines shall be handled by Wink Printer Solutions or its affiliated companies or parties as long as the destination is covered by its delivery network. Delivery of the products shall be made to the address you specify upon checkout.
Shipping Fees displayed on the website are only an estimate. The Total Shipping Fees will be sent together with the Payment instructions when we verify your orders.
Wink Printer Solutions shall not be held liable for non-delivery of product due to the following circumstances beyond Wink Printer Solutions’ control and its affiliate partners:
At the time of delivery, the risk of loss and/or damage to the products will be transferred to you. Ownership of the products will only be passed to you when we receive full payment of all sums due from you, including delivery charges.
All shipments will be insured by our Partner Couriers. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if there’s any damage, missing item/s, or problems with the parcel that you receive. We will coordinate the issue with our partner courier.

If canceling an item means your order is no longer eligible for a promotion or a quantity discount, your order total will be recalculated, and credit card charges may apply.
If you cancel an order that was paid for with a discount voucher, the purchase amount will be credited to your account as a discount voucher with the same amount with validity depending on the promotion’s terms and conditions.
NO RECEIPT, NO EXCHANGE. Sales returns are allowed only where the product was purchased. The ORIGINAL Official Receipt is needed to process any sales return transaction.
NO CASH REFUND. A credit note with a validity of three (3) months will be issued for the returned products in cases where the customer’s choice of replacements is not available. A credit note can be used only in the same branch where it was issued.
The exchange of purchased items will be allowed within three (3) days from the date of purchase (e.g. items purchased on January 1 will be permitted to be exchanged in full purchase value for another item until January 3). In the event of a sudden price drop within the three-day exchange period, the returned item will be valued at the current list price.
Items exchanged beyond the three-day period will be charged a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) within the first week and an additional five percent (5%) per week for the succeeding weeks (i.e., 15% on the second week, 20% on the third week and so on). In the event of a price increase, computations will be done on the original purchase price.
Only items with complete boxes, cd drivers, manual, and in pristine condition will be accepted for exchange. Consumer items such as tablets, digital cameras, cellular phones, and headset will only be permitted for return if the original package (e.g. shrink wrap, blister pack) has not been opened and the devices have not been used.
Consumable items such as inks, ink cartridges, ribbons, etc. that have been opened will not be honored for return. Software is not allowed for sales return.
The company reserves the right to decline any returns that it deems not acceptable.

1. Except for clogged print heads, all units have an allotted repair time of 5-7 working days.
2. A Job Order shall be issued for every repair job. This should be kept and presented to the staff upon claiming the unit.
3. All checkups, diagnoses, and cost estimates are free. Except for the materials or parts used/consumed in the process of trying to revive the printer, we enforce a No-Repair-No-Charge policy.
4. Units must be claimed within two (2) weeks from the date of advice. Failure to claim the unit within this period shall result in payment of a storage fee of P50 per day.
5. Wink shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of the unit arising as a result or consequence of failure to claim the unit from the date of advice.
6. The customer will be immediately informed once the unit is repaired and/or ready for pick up. If the customer fails to pick up the unit within one week and the printer becomes clogged due to non-use, the customer will be charged an additional fee of P500 if he requires the service of Wink to address the problem.
7. When the unit becomes heavily clogged due to failure or inability of the customer to claim and use it, Wink PS shall not be liable for the damage in the print head. The printer’s chances of getting clogged increase when it is old (one year up), or when left unused for two weeks to one month.
Printers not used for more than a month, especially when they are old, are most likely to become heavily clogged and irreversibly damaged.
7. Unclaimed units in the custody of Wink for two (2) months or more shall be classified and declared as “ABANDONED” and shall be disposed of by Wink without any prior notice. Such a unit cannot be claimed anymore by the owner.
8. Unless otherwise stated, COUNTDOWN shall commence from the date an advice to claim or pick up the unit is sent to the customer.
9. All printer repair service charges are final. The company reserves the right to adjust prices as it deems necessary without prior notice.
