I. Terms

Wink Printer Solutions issues Official Receipts for every sale of items.  It is important to keep this to claim the manufacturer’s warranty for the printer, scanner, projector, laptop, or any other machine bought from us.

Most Epson printers carry a one-year plus three months to two years extended warranty.  The first year is counted as soon as you make the purchase.  The extension is added when you register the printer’s serial number on Epson’s website.

To check if your unit qualifies for the extended warranty, click here.

All other items carry the standard and limited manufacturer’s warranty of one year, except for Canon Pixma IP2770 which carries a 7-day warranty.  For more details, check here.

Loss of Official Receipt shall render the warranty void, so it’s best to keep a copy of the original too.

All sales are final.  Unit replacement requests due to change of mind, color preference, and the like will not be accommodated when the unit is already unboxed.

Items found defective within 1 week of purchase are allowed a Warranty Replacement depending on the availability and subject to the terms of Section II and Section III-5 below.

Extended warranties advertised or offered by the manufacturer of the product have their own warranty terms and conditions which require the customer to register the product on the manufacturer’s website. For more information, please visit the manufacturer’s website.
